The festive season of Christmas is soon to be upon us and it is a time for family and friends, for tradition and treats. Here are some suggestions to help you make all those important menu decisions for Christmas day and the days leading up to New Year's Day.
Free Range White North Cotswold Turkey (4.5kg – 12kg), always a traditional favourite.
Free range bronze turkey (5kg – 12kg), Luxury turkey.
Both types of turkeys are hung for ten days to give maximum flavour .
Geese (4kg – 6kg) - supplied by award winning national goose farmer, a truly special festive treat. To cook goose and read the history of this traditional Christmas meal, click on www.goose.cc . Don't forget the goose fat for the crispy roast potatoes.
Fresh Cockerel (2.5 kg – 4.5kg) flavoursome and packed with white tasty meat
Fore rib of beef - marbled and aged for the special festive meal. For the discerning customer, why not pre order your joint early December so we can hang it to reach its full matured potential.
Gammon joint – smoked or un-smoked, these are traditional high-quality gammon cuts which are succulent, tasty and delectably good. It can be boiled and finished by roasting with: cloves and honey, and is delicious hot or cold. Alternatively purchase a home cooked ham that can be cut to your requirement.
Specialised stuffing's, sausages, sausage meat, pig and blankets and dry cured bacon
