Gold Award Home-made Sausages

At Calnan Brothers Home-made sausages are a speciality.We are winners of the Two Counties Sausage Competition and Sausage Makers Craft of Excellence awards. We are now producing nearly20 types of sausage that sell extremeley well.

Examples of previous sausages include Ham & Marmalade, Whole Grain Mustard, Lamb & Mint, South African Boerewors and many more, these may be introduced again in the future. All of the sausage ingredients are fresh and of a high quality, purchased from local suppliers, for example our Summer Zest sausages have fresh lemons limes and oranges.
